Inspection & Sampling

  • On-site visual inspection​.

  • Air sample, swab, tape pull, and VOCs collected. Diagnostic readings and sampling data performed.

  • Tests sent directly to an independent accredited lab (AEML) for analysis.

  • Work directly with a state licensed Mold Remediator.

​

  • Sunshine State Mold Services has the ability to write protocol for a restoration company to follow (Job Plan) based on both and Assessors and Remediators point of view.

Water Damage Evaluation

  • On-site visit to check for possible water intrusion through a visual inspection.

​

  • Determining the level of moisture that is present through state-of-the-science equipment.

​

  • Moisture mapping (tracing the source of the water to where it has migrated to).

​

  • Providing recommendations on how to minimize the elevated moisture that can encourage mold to return.

​

  • Educate the customer in regards to the claim process, and as to whether or not a claim should be submitted.

Mold Remediation Management

Hiring a state certified mold assessor and remediator is crucial to ensure your mold mitigation job has been done properly. Without the proper state certifications the process can become very costly to the homeowner or the insurance carrier and the job may become delayed.
